Attendance: Board Members: Charlie Stimson, Walter Gowey, Jane Fife, John Mirick, and Janet Sandstrom
Minutes approved for the January meeting.
Due to conflicts, we changed our March meeting to March 9, 2011
We continued working on our upcoming Farm Art Day Tour.
We voted to have the Tour on May 14, 2011 (rain date Sunday May 15th)
We voted to have 4 farms included on the Tour: Red Fox Farm, Hillborne Farm, Stimson Farm, and Wachusett Meadow Sanctuary.
We were pleased to find out that the Princeton Arts Society will be joining us on the Tour.
We discussed Farmers’ Market. We’ll be contacting Nancy Hubbard to see how we may help for the upcoming season.
Began organizing publicity for the Tour.
Meeting was adjoined at 7:55 PM.
